Upcoming Events
Our goal is to make a positive contribution to society and to provide numerous opportunities for human development through impactful and sustainable initiatives under our four main pillars: Education, Environment, Health and Sports.
Education & Skills Training

We believe that our young people are vital to Jamaica’s future, have great ideas and dreams that can make a difference. To support our next generation of leaders and recruit energetic talent, we have disbursed millions of dollars in scholarships and grants over the years.
To ensure the communities within which we operate can thrive, be resilient, and sustainable, we have invested in school support programs to cater to both the nutritional and infrastructural needs of institutions across Eastern Kingston, Western Kingston, and Old Harbour Bay.

Testimonials
Suebarie Linton
2018 JEP Scholarship Recipient
While pursuing tertiary education JEP/WKPP supported me tremendously. I am deeply grateful as my academic journey would have been rough without them. JEP treats me like family “checking in to make sure I am okay physically, emotionally and academically” not just handing me a scholarship and forgetting about me.
Jadeja James
2018 JEP Scholarship Recipient
Being a part of the JEP/WKPP family through the scholarship program has enabled me to undertake my studies without the stress of being de-registered. Not only did they relieve that financial pressure, but the Company has also deepened my appreciation for community service and giving back to people. Thanks to JEP, my tertiary education is no longer a debt sentence.
Phillip Llewelyn
2018 WKPP Scholarship Recipient
When it was time for me to matriculate to the UWI, I had no idea where the money would come from. I applied for many scholarships and WKPP came through for me. Without their help, I can honestly say my story would have played our very differently. Thank you!
Corporate
Responsibility Reports

This document is compiled in tandem with subject-matter experts across the group to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the reported data.
The annually compiled Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reports share the impact of our group’s commitments and activities throughout the year with regards to education, the environment, sports and improving access to health at the community and national levels. Also included, and of particular note, the CSR reports include our progress towards achieving the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) shared by United Nations member states are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
For many years, team members at Jamaica Energy Partners (JEP) plant in Old Harbour have given back to the community of Old Harbour Bay through educational grants and scholarships, school feeding programmes, the hosting of free-of-cost health and dental fairs for residents and donations to community partners, stakeholders and persons in need. Teams at West Kingston Power Partners (WKPP) and Jamaica Private Power Company (JPPC) have extended the founding company’s reach and contributions to communities in the social impact areas we have adopted, stretching from West Kingston to East Kingston and Port Royal.
